For my fellow Pisceans, I wish you all a very happy birthday and I send my birthday wishes out to the very special Ian Westmoreland, Founder of Mentoring Men!

March is the month where I always get a health check and I recommend your birthday month is a great check in on yourself. You’ll never regret catching a health problem early, though it may weigh on you if you are too late.

I extend a warm invitation to all the fabulous women across our communities to join myself and The Post as we celebrate International Women’s Day.

Our event will take place on Friday 8th March at Magpies Waitara, and tickets are still available for purchase. If booking your ticket online is tricky for you, you are welcome to call our office and we will be keeping a list of attendees who can pay at the door. We hope to see you there.
