ABOUT 10pm on Thursday 1 June 2023 emergency services attended the intersection of Frensham Place and Martin Place, Dural, following a report that a male had been stabbed. Ambulance paramedics treated a 17-year-old male and he was  taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

It’s alleged the male had been stabbed at a carpark on Allen Way before running from the scene towards Frensham Place. About 2.45am Friday 2 June 2023 Detectives arrested a 16-year-old male at a home in Cattai and he was taken to Castle Hills Police Station and charged with affray where he was refused bail to appear at a children’s court on Friday 2 June 2023. Both teenagers are known to one another with investigations continuing.

ON 30 May Police have released CCTV footage in an appeal for information about a brawl at Gordon earlier this year that resulted in two men requiring treatment in hospital.

Police have established seven men were involved in the brawl, which resulted in two men being hospitalised. The two men presented themselves to the Royal North Shore Hospital that morning, with a 22-year-old sustaining lacerations to his chest and arm, and a 21-year-old with a laceration to his arm.
