Product Reviews with Callum

I was delighted to try the brand-new line of ice creams from Bulla Murray St Ice Cream. This new line is in collaboration with celebrity chef and the Queen of Chocolate herself, Kirsten Tibballs.

The new range contains three mouth-watering flavours, Lemon Meringue Tart, Passionfruit Panna Cotta, and Berry Rebellion Tart. All three based off one of Kirsten’s desserts.

For those of you who have a sweet tooth, I would absolutely recommend the Passionfruit Panna Cotta, it’s deliciously creamy and has a delectable passionfruit flavoured outer coating, with an inner white chocolate layer. The ice cream itself is quite creamy and somewhat tart. Not to mention that it was my favourite.

If you want something a little bit tarter, whilst still being sweet, I recommend the Berry Re-bellion Tart. Inside is strawberry and vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce swirls inside, which make for a great tart interior. The outer layer is composed of white chocolate and biscuit crumbs and is absolutely divine.

If you want something that’s mostly tart, but still sweet, you should try the Lemon Meringue Tart. It’s delicious meringue flavoured ice cream with lemon curd all throughout the inside, it’s quite tart, but those of you who have a sophisticated palate will enjoy this one. The out-er coating is white chocolate with biscuit crumbs, which adds a nice crunch to the snack.

All these ice creams taste extremely similar like their dessert counterpart, and I enjoyed them all.
