Run by brothers Steve and Adam Noakes, who kicked off their real estate careers separately before teaming up in 2016 at another firm. Separating once more to gain a little more experience before coming back together to open the doors of Stone Real Estate Hornsby, recently celebrating its fourth-year anniversary.
With the early days seeing Steve and Adam running the firm from their mum's lounge room, they have now grown into one of North Sydney's most successful Real Estate Agencies, with a team of 20 staff members ranging from admin, property managers and sales agents.
Steve commented on starting the agency in Hornsby just before arguably one of the most challenging years for his team.
"Covid was a tough time for all; as a Team, we pulled together and used all strategies given to us to help our community continue to sell and buy to our best ability.
"The period of Covid posed challenges for everyone. As a united team, we collaborated and employed all available strategies to ensure our community could still buy and sell to the best of our capabilities."
Winning the Local Business Award for Outstanding Real Estate Agency in 2021, an award commending the Hornsby team.
"Being acknowledged by our former and existing clients was heartwarming, as they enthusiastically supported our accomplishments; the path to this achievement involved enduring days and significant collaborative efforts from our team."
With the primary focus of being community-centered, Stone Hornsby separates itself, going beyond the properties and auctions.
"Whether it's through sponsoring school sports teams, local newspapers or hosting annual fundraisers for the Women's Shelter, our efforts extend far beyond the realm of home sales.
Steve outlined the real goals he and his brother Adam are pushing to achieve at Stone Hornsby.

Continuing to rack up awards in sales and property management departments, With consecutive achievements in the last three years, 2021, 2022 and 2023, for various suburbs in North Sydney.
This year saw Stone Real Estate Hornsby rank number 1 in the Hornsby Shire; with Steve ranking as the top agent in Asquith for the third year in a row, brother Adam also notched up the number 1 agent in Waitara for the third year in a row.
