Spring flowers brighten Lindfield and West PymbleMASS plantings of spring flowers are on show in Kochia Lane Lindfield and Philip Mall West Pymble.
The celebration of spring flowers can be seen in planters and hanging baskets and were installed on Friday 16 September. Council staff worked overnight so the Philip Mall display was in place to greet residents and shoppers on Saturday morning.
This year’s colourful planters have been painted by clients at the Boonah Creative Arts Centre and children at Cromehurst School.
The Celebration was started by the Council as a way of lifting residents’ spirits and encouraging them to shop locally in 2019.
Mayor Jeff Pettett said this year’s Spring Flowers Celebration was especially welcome as the community begins to shake off the effects of the pandemic
