THE Pennant Hills Civic Trust held a forum to meet the Wahroonga candidates on Tuesday 7th March and The Post attended. 

Attendance on the night included Alister Henskens - Liberal Member for Ku-ring-gai, Kristyn Haywood - Independnet, Parisi Abedini - Labor candidate. 

The night was run to a tight schedule only allowing for a couple of questions from the small audience as there were five very specific preset questions taking some considerable time to answer.

The Labor candidate spoke very well and admitted this is not only his first time standing for State election but in fact, at just 18, his first time voting.

Kristyn Haywood gave very passionate and thoughtful responses to questions asked.  

Alister Henskens was able to recite much of what we have already seen across the broader media with regards to Liberal party promises for what they hope will be the next Liberal State government.

The Post is convening meet the candidate events with audience participation at the heart of both forums.
